Please be aware that the material composition of each Beaucentric piece (e.g., copper, specific wires, and gemstones) is clearly stated on the respective product page.

Beaucentric is not responsible for any allergic reactions that may occur from contact with the materials used in our jewelry and accessories. By purchasing a piece, the customer acknowledges they have reviewed the material composition and assume all risk for allergies.

Non-Refundable Items & Circumstances

Due to the exclusive and handcrafted nature of our jewelry, we cannot approve refunds or returns for the following:

  • Final Sale Items: All items marked as "Final Sale" are non-refundable.

  • Change of Mind: We do not approve refunds based on a change of mind after the order is delivered.

  • No Longer Like the Item: Refunds are not approved simply because the customer no longer likes the piece.

Our Refund Guarantee (Shipping-Related Issues Only)

We offer refunds only under specific circumstances related to shipping and delivery:

  • Damaged in Transit: The piece arrived broken or damaged due to handling during shipping.

  • Lost or Stolen: The package was confirmed as lost or stolen during the shipping process.

 

Documentation and Processing

To help us quickly process your request, please include the following documentation in your email inquiry:

  • Clear photos and a video clearly showing the nature of the damage.

Our Beaucentric team will review all documentation and will approve or disapprove the refund based on evidence of shipping-related damage, loss, or theft.

 

Shipping Approved Returns

If your refund inquiry is approved, the item must be returned in its original packaging.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee in all approved refund cases. Once we receive the returned item in its original packaging, we will process your refund promptly.
